I was dealing with a large home improvement store in North Myrtle Beach, (Lowe's) attempting to get a new washer/dryer installed.  I made three, 4 hour trips to NMB after being advised that all was good for delivery. Three times, on the morning of delivery, I was informed that my dryer was back ordered. I finally cancelled the whole transaction. As renters were coming soon, I went to Dew's in a panic. Thank goodness! The employees of Dew's were so helpful. I was directed  to the size that would work in the condo and within a few minutes walked out with a smile. Delivery was guaranteed for a specific day and actually came and was installed that day. The installers were professional, as were all of the folks at Dew's. I will never deal with another big box store . Save yourself some stress and grow to Dew's first. Elizabeth W.

After replacing my washer from the big box stores every 3 years and never knowing which service company they would send to handle the extended warranty I decided to try a local company. They asked me several questions to figure out which washer would best fit my needs and they gave me several options with different options and price ranges. This has been the best experience  I've had purchasing a new appliance from the showroom all the way to the warehouse. I also like the fact that they have their own service department so if I do have a failure I already know who will be coming to do the repairs. Thank You for the exceptional service.

Had 2 glitches after purchasing a washer and dryer but Darlene and the DEWS team were responsive and flexible to make things right in the end. I did also appreciate how they delayed our delivery by one day due to forecasted heavy rains. The big box stores would not have done that proactively.
