"So, after a service call and diagnosis of you sick dryer, they tell you your options. I decided to visit the Dew’s Store and see the several people I talked with over the phone. It was just the exact same friendly people asking if they can help. I gave them my name so now with my face attached and I am seeing the faces of the several people I had spoken to over the last few days. I found it to be a very pleasant experience. No pressure, just help. I knew I needed a new dryer and the one I had serviced me well, and I had also purchased it from Dew’s years ago. I am a very satisfied customer. The delivery of the dryer was very fast and the men who brought it were every bit as nice as all those in the Dew’s Store. To conclude, I am glad to be one of the Dew’s Family Customers, and I hope they are always there because everyone needs an honest friendly store where you are not just another dryer sale but a customer who feels welcomed."

"I have relied on DEWS to provide service for my HVAC for over 20 years now. They have been incredibly loyal, efficient, get to me within 24 hours. Follow up with phone calls and deliver the most personable and trusted service that I can imagine. I even have had the same technician show up over the past 10 or 12 years which speaks to the loyalty of their employees. I highly highly highly Recommend them for any of your home care needs. "Kathryn- Given all the delays and issues we’ve had with our appliance pack order, I wanted to take time to also call attention to a very positive experience I had today with Carlton, the Dew’s service representative who came to my home. Carlton came to inspect our new dishwasher, which arrived damaged. After performing the assigned inspection, Carlton also assisted me with some helpful guidance and advice on using our new GE Advantium 120 microwave/convection oven. Additionally, he took time to fine-tune the leveling and floor stops on our new GE refrigerator. Carlton was professional, courteous, demonstrated strong customer focus and was a very positive ambassador for Dews. I’d very much appreciate it if you could share this feedback with Carlton’s manager and anyone who should know of Carlton’s efforts to create positive customer experiences.
